TPN in the UK

TPN’s UK expansion strengthens systems, partnerships, and visibility for transforming diagnostics across Africa and beyond.

Our expansion and recognition in the UK comes with many benefits for our clients and partners.

2024 marked a major step in TPN’s global journey, with the establishment of our headquarters in Oxford, UK. In recognition of our innovative approach to diagnostics and digital infrastructure, our founder, Dr. Joshua Kibera, was awarded the prestigious UK Innovator Visa under the Global Entrepreneur Programme (GEP) — a flagship initiative by the UK’s Department for Business and Trade.

The GEP enables ambitious, internationally mobile entrepreneurs to scale their innovation-led companies from a global base in the UK. Since its inception in 2004, it has supported over 1,200 founders to access investment, talent, and partnerships through the UK’s world-class business ecosystem.

This milestone not only validates TPN’s pioneering work across African healthcare systems — it also opens the door for deeper collaborations, increased visibility, and expansion into new territories.

With this foundation in place, TPN is scaling its vision. Our clients and partners can expect:

  • Enhanced systems for service delivery

  • Streamlined documentation and onboarding

  • Improved communication and reliability across labs and hospitals

From Kenya — and now Oxford — we are ready to support hospitals, labs, and governments with predictable, trusted diagnostic infrastructure.
