Spes360 Rollout Begins in Kenya
We’re proud to announce the official rollout of Spes360 to hospitals, clinics, and laboratories across Kenya.
After several months of development and live testing with our core partners, Spes360 — TPN’s proprietary Diagnostic Management Platform — is now being offered to existing and new clients nationwide. This marks a major step forward in streamlining how diagnostic services are accessed, delivered, and coordinated.
Spes360 is built as a dual-platform system
On the front end, the Diagnostic Service Platform gives clinicians and hospitals a seamless experience — allowing them to order tests, track samples, and get results in real time.
On the back end, the Spes360 Core Infrastructure (the “Grid”) coordinates workflows across laboratories, pathologists, and TPN’s operations — ensuring speed, consistency, and quality from end to end.
What makes Spes360 unique is its modular, future-ready architecture. It’s designed to integrate additional platforms — including health analytics, clinical navigation, training, and even open APIs for innovators in healthtech and medtech.
With this rollout, we’re laying the foundation not just for diagnostics that work today, but for an entire ecosystem that can scale with Africa’s healthcare needs.
Whether you’re a hospital administrator, a busy clinician, or a pathologist seeking better tools — Spes360 is built to support your workflow and improve your patients’ health outcomes.
